We collect only the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your name, company, email address, the market and property type of a transaction, the debt position and capital range you are seeking, and any message or transaction summary you provide. If you subscribe to our monthly rate sheet, we collect your email address.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs such as IP addresses and browser type when pages are requested. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers on this site.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential transaction, communicate with you about our services, and, if you subscribed, to send you our monthly debt market intelligence. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to the LCP team by email. Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
If you submit a transaction for financing, we may share relevant deal information with capital providers as part of arranging financing on your behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or regulation, including obligations that apply to us as an NMLS-licensed company.
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and meet our legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
You may unsubscribe from the rate sheet at any time by contacting us. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this site, and we will honor such requests except where we are required to retain records. California residents may exercise these rights by the same means.
