Principal
Adam Horowitz founded Lever Capital Partners in 2009 and built a company with a national platform dedicated to solving complex real estate transactions, not just vanilla debt. Since founding Lever Capital Partners, Mr.Horowitz has personally arranged debt, mezzanine and equity financings for some of the nation’s foremost real estate developers and owners while solidifying the firm’s relationships with key capital sources. Mr. Horowitz engineered the company’s collaborative culture which functions as a magnet for financial talent.
With 19 years of real estate financing experience, Mr. Horowitz takes point on joint venture equity transactions and spends significant time on the mezzanine debt markets and oversees the firm’s restructuring platform. Mr. Horowitz has been the president of the Real Estate Capital Alliance since 2015 and is currently on the board of the Nevada Mortgage Advisory Council. He graduated with a Masters of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida.
Managing Director
Stacey Reinert brings two decades of commercial lending experience to Lever Capital Partners with a focus in the healthcare sector. Her expertise includes providing lending services to large physician owned and specialty practices, surgery centers, biomedicine, diagnostic labs, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, inpatient rehabilitation facilities and a variety of other types of healthcare companies including healthcare technology.
She has experience in financing arrangements for mergers and acquisitions, research finance, real estate acquisition and development, equipment, working capital lines of credit, and equipment leasing. Ms. Reinert has held roles as a Sales Manager, SVP Healthcare Banking, SVP Healthcare Finance and has designed healthcare plans, aviation lending programs and physician lending programs for a number of banks in the Southwest.

Prior to joining Lever Capital Partners, Mr. Vanlerberghe co-founded and worked as Managing Director of a national private real estate mortgage company. Mr. Vanlerberghe has sourced, structured and originated complex capitalization facilities across a broad range of commercial property types including land development, multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use.
He also acted as the Director of Asset Management of a real estate owned and special servicing portfolio where he was responsible for the management and disposition of over $100 million in commercial real estate loans and assets.
Mr. Vanlerberghe is a Registered Appraiser Intern in the state of Nevada. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Vanlerberghe is a native of Lansing, Michigan.
